I have had a few people asking for a basic sample SEO contract for the purpose of landing new SEO deals. There is a link to a decent SEO contract template below, the contract is a little old but will give you a good place to start when making your own contract.
Having an SEO contract will help protect you from unreasonable refund requests do to problems not within your control and will allow you to set a basic outline of what services you will be providing for the initial fees. I recommend always using an SEO contract. I have literally saved thousands of dollars by having an SEO contract made for all of my clients.

Thank you for the share. I read the contract and this is a good place to start.
I am the owner of WebYabber Marketing needed We needed to add in a bit more, but as a start this is a great foundation for anyone that needs an SEO Marketing contract for dealing with clients.

The use of an seo contract can become absolutely beneficial to both parties involved. One of the best ways to protect yourself in business is to have expectations in writing. Local offline marketing is gaining competition and this is surely an area that needs to be protected with a contract.
