I use it as a secondary web mail but moved to gmail long ago. Yahoo is behind the times and I think they just don't care anymore, users who still use it will keep using and they won't get a lot of new users, I guess they are happy with that. As my oppinion, much better to move to other more serious compaly like gmail which is working perfectly the most part of the time and give you very good options. They were more frequent a few months ago but appear to have calmed down now. To be fair to them I contacted their customer support and they were very helpful.
